According to a press release, Politan Row at Ashford Lane will feature nine individual food stalls, Bar Politan — the group’s craft-oriented neighborhood bar — and a progression of the popular cocktail lounge, Jojo’s Beloved Cocktail Lounge.

This will be the second metro Atlanta location for the New-Orleans based Politan Group. Another is planned for The Forum in 2024.

Confirmed food vendors include Pretty Little Tacos, Gekko, Tandoori Pizza & Wings Co., 26 Thai, Smokehouse Q and Sheesh.

The 17,000-square foot food hall will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, with weekly activations and events.

“As the food hall environment matures in Atlanta, we continue to be an advocate for the best local talent,” Politan Row CEO Will Donaldson said in the press release. “The goal of Politan Row is to be the safe space for flourishing food and beverage startups in Atlanta by offering low-risk, beautiful, functional, and well-located restaurant options.”

Politan Row at Ashford Lane will offer several private event options, according to the press release. The private event spaces can serve an array of events from 25 to 500 guests, and catering options from the vendors and bars will be available.

This iteration of Jojo’s Beloved Cocktail Lounge, popular at Politan’s Colony Square location, will have a custom design, curated soundtrack and era-appropriate cocktail flair focusing on the time period from 1988 to 1992.

“This time period will be nostalgic for a lot of the young families and the parents in the area,” Donaldson told What Now Atlanta.

Donaldson said Dunwoody was a great location for the next food hall due to the dense population and wide customer base that will be available for the featured food companies.

“I think it’s a great place for our entrepreneurs to do second locations,” he said. “A large part of what we’re doing is working with our counter-service brands to ease their transition into multi-unit.”
