According to construction plans, a store called Daily Market is in the works at 605 Cobb Pkwy SE, near Kennesaw State University. The site northwest of Atlanta most recently contained Home Run Derby Car Wash.

Now, a 4,303-square-foot, one-story convenience store is planned for it. According to the construction plans, the store will have a wine display room, a beer cave, a deli counter and a beverage counter. It will also have several gas pumps.

AGAS Properties LLC is the owner and developer of the project, a company first formed in the state in 2014, according to a filing with the Georgia Secretary of State’s office.

Daily Market is expected to open this October, according to Akber Lassi, with AGAS Properties LLC.
