A special administrative permit application details plans for the 145-seat restaurant at the historic two-story building at 826 Juniper St NE, the news outlet reports. If approved, about 415 square feet would be added onto the building. It it located at the corner of Juniper and Sixth streets. Originally a single-family home, it’s most recently been used as a commercial property.

The plan is for the restaurant to be owned by the owners of 26 Thai, though the application doesn’t state them by name, Atlanta Business Chronicle reports.

The news outlet first reported in April that a restaurant was planned for the building.

26 Thai has five locations in the metro Atlanta area: Buckhead, Midtown, Brookhaven, at the Battery and at Perimeter Mall. The eatery is also opening an outpost at the upcoming Politan Row at Ashford Lane food hall in Dunwoody.
