The furniture brand designs, manufactures and sells modular couches called Sactionals, premium foam beanbag chairs called Sacs and other home decor accessories. This will be the company’s ninth location in Georgia.

Lovesac at The Forum will be opening next to Chico’s in spring 2024.

The Forum originally opened in 2002. The 500,000-square-foot mixed-use destination is undergoing redevelopment through a joint venture partnership with Nuveen Real Estate and North American Properties (NAP).

Other recently announced concepts that will have long-term leases at the development include tech-forward animal hospital Petfolk and assisted-stretching studio StretchLab.

There are also plans for a Politan Row food hall to open at The Forum.

According to a press release, NAP is nearing completion on the north end plaza and anticipates an early fall delivery of the 1,700-square-foot greenspace, the first and smaller of two community-driven spaces the firm is adding to the property as part of the overall redevelopment.
