A food store called AB Fancy Food Mart is planned for the Corners Court Shopping Center at 3380 Holcomb Bridge Road. According to a building permit application, suite 4 is being remodeled for the shop. The space is 1,197 square feet.

The Atlanta-based shipping company Kingsworld Cargo and Travels used to be located at the space, in between New A-Life Tropical Market and the Dream African Hair Braiding salon. The retail complex is northeast of Atlanta.

Owner Nicolas Murr of Jay Maa Meldi LLC couldn’t immediately be reached, but an associate of his confirmed that the store is called AB Fancy Food Mart and that it could open within the next few weeks.

According to a filing with the Georgia Secretary of State’s office, Jay Maa Meldi LLC was created in the state in June 2023.
