Opening first at the open-air shopping center is jewelry brand Kendra Scott, set to open later this spring. The store will be in a 2,284-square-foot space next to the recently opened Lovesac.

The NOW Massage is set to open at The Forum later this summer. The customizable menu offers guests three signature massage styles and a variety of enhancements like herbal heat therapy, deep tissue, gua sha, gliding cupping and more. The 2,414-square-foot massage boutique will be near Mojito’s.

Finally, sweet treats will be coming to The Forum when Sucré opens later this year. The brand founded in New Orleans is known for its macarons, gelato and handmade French-inspired desserts and treats. The shop will occupy a 1,718-square-foot space on the north end of the property.

The Forum features shopping, dining and entertainment. Since acquiring the property in March 2022, North American Properties (NAP) has executed 39 deals with new, existing and temporary tenants.

“As we continue revamping The Forum into a neighborhood hotspot, creating a welcoming environment filled with in vogue brands that guests love is at the forefront of our redevelopment strategy,” NAP Director of Leasing Brooke Massey said. “We’re excited to keep expanding our merchandising mix with more experiential concepts that motivate guests to extend their time on property. In addition to these new leases, several tenants are on track to open over the next few months, and we can’t wait to see the impact.”

Other businesses coming to The Forum this year include Alloy Personal Training (opening soon), Gallery Anderson Smith (opening soon) and Nando’s Peri-Peri (opening this winter).
