The project has more than 100 leases signed, and at least 50 residents have moved in since opening in late January, according to a news release. The community near the Dunwoody MARTA Station and Perimeter Mall is managed by Windsor Communities.

The units come in 16 different floor plans featuring studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom options. The apartments at High Street include 598 homes across two buildings: Windsor Brompton and Windsor Avery.

Amenities include a fitness and yoga studio, pool and sundeck, catering kitchen and private dining room, coworking spaces, an outdoor dog run and dog wash, outdoor gaming lawn, a bike lounge and repair station and more.

A mix of retail, dining and entertainment experiences are set to open at High Street later this year. Announced tenants include Puttshack, Jaguar Bolera, Nando’s PERi-PERi, Velvet Taco, Allen Edmonds, Skin Spirit, The Hampton Social, Agave Bandido, Cuddlefish, Ben & Jerry’s and Sugar Coat.

“We’re thrilled to welcome our residents to High Street and everything this premier mixed-use destination has to offer,” GID Development Group President James Linsley said in the news release. “Residents will have an incredible mix of chef-driven restaurants, engaging retailers and experiential concepts coming straight to their doorstep, along with beautiful private amenities.”
