Cabbagetown’s Mouth of the South, which closed its doors earlier this year, won’t sit dark long.
Jen and Emily Chan, the owners of JenChan’s Delivery Supper Club, this week secured a lease for the space, at 186 Carroll Street SE.
“We’re moving in…,” the company posted to its Instagram page Thursday alongside a photo of the Mouth of the South space after the lease was signed.
The space “will be more than a home base for our delivery service,” Emily Chan told Eater Atlanta Friday.
Todd Semrau of Urban Eats Consulting Group, the firm that worked with JenChan’s on its site selection and lease negotiations, told What Now Atlanta in an email Friday to expect “retail grab-and-go products and future pop-ups” out of the “mostly Southern, mainly Asian” delivery club’s new home.
“All of us at Urban Eats are excited for Emily and Jen as they expand their unique Supper Club offerings into new markets and new service platforms,” Semrau said.
