The hotel, situated near Avalon in Alpharetta, is health-centric and will provide “all the tools guests need to maintain their wellness routines on their terms,” including in-room fitness equipment for all 132 guestrooms, a 24-hour athletic studio, and “balanced options” from in-house restaurant Cork & Kale.
Other in-room amenities include stand-up desks, refillable water bottles, and “mood lighting within headboards to deliver a holistic wellness experience.”
Cork & Kale will feature dining options such as acai and yogurt bowls, salads, flatbreads and more.
“EVEN Hotel Alpharetta showcases the growth of the EVEN Hotels brand in top markets,” Raul Ortiz, VP, Global EVEN Hotels, Staybridge Suites, and Candlewood Suites, said in the release.
“At EVEN Hotels we are passionate about wellness and we are excited to continue our growth in the Southeast and our relationship with Epelboim Development Group, who also opened the EVEN Hotel Miami Airport in partnership with them earlier this year.”
Following the opening of the brand’s first location in 2014, EVEN Hotels now includes 11 hotels with 27 additional hotels in the global pipeline.
Owned by Epelboim Development Group and managed by IHG, the new hotel, at 2715 Old Milton Parkway, marks the third hotel in the brand’s Southeast portfolio, joining locations in Sarasota and Miami, FL.
[Editor’s note: an earlier version of this article stated a January 2020 opening. IHG is now taking reservations for late-December, 2019 at the new EVEN Alpharetta hotel.]
