IHG Hotels & Resorts Wednesday welcomed Holiday Inn & Suites Atlanta Perimeter-Dunwoody, at 4401 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd, with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Owned by Atlanta Hospitality Investment LLC and operated by YM Hospitality, the hotel features the brand’s new open lobby design with space for work and socializing. The property offers 143 guestrooms and suites, equipped with IHG Studio, allowing visitors to stream their favorite shows from their personal devices on the flatscreen TV.
“We chose to develop our newest property as a Holiday Inn because of its excellent reputation in the industry,” Mohammad Hossain, owner and managing member, said in a press release. “And our location near major corporate headquarters, upscale shopping, and established cultural institutions allows us to cater to every type of guest.”
Amenities include Holiday Inn’s “Kids Stay and Eat Free” program, a fully-equipped fitness center, and a heated indoor pool. The property is also home to 4,500 square feet of space that can accommodate corporate and private events.
A special highlight of the hotel is its rooftop bar and restaurant, Spice & Sky, with a globally inspired menu from Atlanta chef Archna Becker. Against the backdrop of Atlanta’s skyline, Becker will serve familiar comfort foods infused with flavors from across the globe. The space is designed for year-round dining both inside and out with the rooftop deck.
“We are excited to welcome guests to this hotel just minutes from IHG Hotels & Resorts’ U.S. headquarters,” Raul Ortiz, vice president, global marketing and brand management, Holiday Inn & EVEN, said. “Every guest who walks in will experience the same exceptional level of customer service they know and love from the Holiday Inn brand, while enjoying our latest design and modern vibe. Holiday Inn has always evolved alongside its guests, and this hotel is a perfect example of meeting the hybrid needs of today’s travelers.”
