The company will open an outpost in Alpharetta, according to the “coming soon” section on Bolay’s website. Alpharetta’s Bolay will be situated at 10920 Haynes Bridge Rd, a rep for the company Monday confirmed in an email to What Now Atlanta.

As with all of its restaurants, Bolay Alpharetta will be corporate-owned, and is targeting a second-quarter opening in 2022, the rep said. Bolay is already on the prowl for a General Manager to run the incoming location.

“Bolay is the hottest new restaurant serving mouth-watering roasted veggies, perfectly seasoned steak and chicken, delicious Asian sweet potato noodles, forbidden black rice and so much more,” the company writes on its Facebook page. “Build your bowl to fuel your day and energize your life! Find your nearest Bolay and order delivery, pick up, or curbside…”

Georgia will be the first market outside of Florida to get a Bolay, joining nineteen locations in the sunshine state. That is, unless an outpost in Washington, D.C., which is also on a shortlist of locations coming soon, opens first.
