Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services is opening an Uncle Maddio’s in the Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
The global concessionaire based in Buffalo, N.Y., operates other restaurants at the Atlanta airport.
The new Uncle Maddio’s will be situated in the airport’s Concourse T food court.
Uncle Maddio’s will join other restaurants in Concourse T like Atlanta Stillhouse, Corner Bakery Cafe, Grindhouse Killer Burgers, and Papi’s Caribbean Cafe.
Delaware North’s timeline for the quick-service pizzeria addition is in conjunction with the City’s plans to expand Concourse T.
The $54 million expansion calls for five new departure gates which will be paid for through airport funds including commercial and short-term financing.
