Coalition Food and Beverage in historic downtown Alpharetta is under new ownership, Steve Josovitz of The Shumacher Group Friday announced. Josovitz represented the seller RO Hospitality in the transaction “but guided all parties to a successful close.”
“Because of the financial strength of this business Coalition Food & Beverage will remain as is with only minor tweaking,” Josovitz said.
RO Hospitality, the group behind Table & Main, Osteria Mattone, and the new Casa Robles, all located in historic downtown Roswell, is handing off the Coalition Food and Beverage baton to Ana Leddon who owns HOLA! Taqueria & Bar and Monterrey Mexican Restaurant. RO President Ryan Pernice sold the restaurant to “focus growth and attention on current restaurants which are all walking distance from each other,” according to Josovitz.
Leddon Friday confirmed the news to What Now Atlanta but was not immediately available to comment.
Leadon is partnering with Chef Ruben Sequra, formerly of Hugo’s Oyster Bar and C&S Chowder House, to change Coalition’s menu to soon include “greater seafood selections.” It’s unclear what, if any, other changes are slated for Coalition.
