The new concept should debut summer 2017 in Alpharetta’s Teasley Place development, a mid-rise building including restaurants, shops and residences by River Rock Development, at the corner of Milton Avenue and Canton Street, according to the release.

“R.O. Hospitality, which stands for Reckless Optimism, will unify our mission as we dive in to our third restaurant opening,” Ryan Pernice, R.O. Hospitality’s founder, said in the release.

“I am proud of the reputation Table & Main and Osteria Mattone have built for our new hospitality group, and, with Coalition Food and Beverage, we will continue growing and improving our established values and standards of hospitality…”

Coalition Food’s 3,331-square-foot restaurant would house 150 seats including a bar, outdoor dining and private dining with an “urban aesthetic.”

“That sense of possibility and energy will infuse all aspects of the Coalition experience including the street-style art and a casually cool, throwback playlist.”

The lead in the kitchen at Table & Main, Chef Woolery “Woody” Back, a Co-Owner, will helm the kitchen at Coalition Food and Beverage, offering “American wood-fired classics,” a menu of “premium” meats, entrée-sized salads and burgers.

In addition to a selection of craft beers and cocktails, Beverage Director and Co-Owner Daniel Pernice (also a veteran owner of Osteria Mattone) seeks to offer quality wine at affordable prices.
