Set to open this fall, the “European-inspired bistro will offer innovative and locally-sourced interpretations of American cuisine” in a 2,500-square-foot space with a patio.

Created as a partnership between Atlanta developer James Brooks of Boulevard Group and Chef Robert Phalen, proprietor of One Eared Stag and Mary Hoopa’s House of Fried Chicken & Oysters, Woodward and Park will be located on the south side of the development adjacent to Squash Blossom retail and Full Commission.

Designed in conjunction with architect Jackson Thilenius of Retail Design Collaborative, the space will boast a neighborhood feel while keeping much of the original structure’s detail including exposed brick and wood.

“As a resident and business owner in Grant Park for more than twenty years, I can’t think of a better community for this one of a kind, chef-driven neighborhood bistro,” Brooks said in the release.

“I have been a fan of Chef Robert Phalen since One-Eared Stag opened and I can’t wait for the neighborhood to experience his artisanship at Woodward and Park.”

Woodward and Park will serve lunch and dinner throughout the week as well as weekend brunch and is expected to open Labor Day 2018.

Larkin on Memorial continues to seek additional tenants who will offer a range of essential everyday services and provisions including: restaurant, office and soft goods retailers.
