Discover Commons shopping center will soon be home to new coffee shop concept Cafe 120.
The center, at 1956 Duluth Hwy, sits across Duluth Highway from Sugarloaf Mills.
A permit application Wednesday was filed in Gwinnett County to buildout suite B101 of the shopping center for the new coffee shop.
Owner Sheryl Brantley secured a lease for the 1,200-square-foot space on October 16, according to the coffee shop’s Facebook page.
Cafe 120 will feature espresso, tea and sandwiches.
Brantley did not immediately return What Now Atlanta’s request for comment.
