According to a building permit application, the bakery will be located at 686 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, suite 215, in the Suwanee Creek shopping center. The space is 4,370 square feet.

The bakery, which has been in business since 2007, has an existing store in Suwanee, at 1291 Old Peachtree Road NW, as well as two other locations: 2131 Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth and 10820 Abbotts Bridge Road in Johns Creek.

Hansel and Gretel Bakery Cafe serves Asian-style sweet and savory breads and pastries, as well as specialty coffee, teas and lemonades. They also do custom-order cakes.

The owner told What Now Atlanta that the new spot on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard is expected to be open in about six months.

They are also looking to open two additional locations next year – one in downtown Duluth and one in the Canton area.
