It looks like Italian pizza and pasta joint Bambinelli’s is about to start cooking up some spicy meat-a-balls. Owner Joseph Bambinelli has filed for permits to open a meatball factory at 455 Plasamour Drive in Armour.

Bambinelli owns three namesake restaurants in Lilburn, Northlake, and Roswell, each of which bring a taste of New York City’s Italian food scene to the Peach State. When it comes to Italian American specialities, Bambinelli’s has it all. Lasagna, eggplant parmesan, fried calamari, baked ziti — if it sounds Italian, it’s on the menu.

What Now Atlanta reached out to Bambinelli for comment about the new spot, but the restaurant owner was not immediately available for comment. We’re not sure if Bambinelli will be utilizing the space as a restaurant, a kitchen, or both, but whatever it is, we’re hoping we can get a meatball sub out of it.
