The counter service cafeteria will specialize in eight different fusion menus, featuring a wide array of bowls and plates, including curry, tandoori, peri peri, fried rice, dumplings, tacos, and ice cream.

“I decided to open a food court because whenever my family goes out to eat, everyone wants something different,” says owner Rajdeep Chahal, who formerly owned Kabob-ish. “At Peri Peri, everyone can eat what they want. You can order Indian-Mexican fusion tacos, and your mom can order dumplings, or Thai curry, or even a bowl of pasta with marinara sauce.”

All of the food at Peri Peri will be made in house, using fresh ingredients. According Chahal, the food court will operate similarly to a ghost kitchen, with each food station sharing a large kitchen behind the scenes. The difference, he says, is the option to sit down and eat your food onsite.

So, if you’re overdue for a family dinner, but can never seem to satisfy everyone, Peri Peri might be the answer you’ve been waiting for. “There’s something for everyone here,” says Chahal.

That is, unless you’re strictly a beef person. When it comes to meat, Peri Peri will serve up chicken, lamb, fish, and shrimp, but if you’re looking for a classic cheeseburger, you’re going to have to look elsewhere. But who wants a cheeseburger when tandoori chicken tacos are on the menu, anyway?
