The business is operated by three partners: Rajesh Kumar Mittal, who has more than 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, and currently operates The Local Pantry in Duluth; Prem Baniya; and Dilip Baniya.

Prem Baniya told What Now Atlanta (WNA) that the opening is expected by around September 20. He said that he was attracted to the area by the “great, friendly people” nearby and that it is “growing rapidly to a business district.”

The menu is a mix of Italian and American flavors with seasonal, fresh vegetables and house-made dressings and sauces.

The restaurant’s tables will be distanced in order to comply with safety measures during the pandemic. “People are really wanting to go outside to eat with family and friends … In the midst of the pandemic, we are completely and fully secured with social distancing for the COVID-19 prevention,” Baniya said.
