Crescent Communities has opened its newest multifamily community, NOVEL Upper Westside. Located adjacent to the Moores Mill, NOVEL Upper Westside includes 345 apartments and offers onsite shopping and dining as well as close proximity to parks and outdoor space. The community welcomed its first move-ins last weekend with a roughly nine-percent leasing rate.
“We’re thrilled to welcome residents to the elevated lifestyle found at NOVEL Upper Westside,” Eric Liebendorfer, development manager for Crescent Communities, said in a press release this week. “This growing neighborhood offers a great blend of luxury, convenience, and comfort, making it a vibrant and attractive community for all and one of Atlanta’s most desirable locations to call home.”
NOVEL Upper Westside offers a pool with cabanas, a sky lounge with fire tables and TV, community beer taps, a fitness center, a dedicated yoga and spin room, a gated dog park and dog wash, and complimentary Land of A Thousand Hills coffee. The community includes studios and 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom residences with private balconies with finishes and in-home features including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and full-size in-unit washers and dryers.
NOVEL Upper Westside is one of four projects that Crescent Communities currently has under construction or in lease-up in the Atlanta area. NOVEL Perimeter in Sandy Springs came to the market in 2018 and is approaching stabilization. NOVEL O4W welcomed its first residents in the Winter of 2019, while NOVEL Midtown is currently under construction with a planned 2022 opening.
