Ponce City Market’s (PCM) Lucky Lotus Juice Bar last month quietly opened a takeaway window in Buckhead, at 3637 Peachtree Rd NE Suite D. The health-conscious eatery is situated within Kefi as part of the family club’s Xander coffee shop, a spokesperson for Kefi confirmed with What Now Atlanta.

Lucky Lotus serves smoothies, acai bowls, cold-pressed juices, and wellness shots. Owner Chantel Jiroch launched the company in 2012 naming the eatery after her daughter. Jiroch in 2015 debuted the PCM Lucky Lotus. The new outpost is accessible to the public out of the Kefi space which is housed in the Buckhead Triangle shopping center.
Kefi, which is backed directly by Dan Cathy of Chick-fil-A, reopened its doors in June after temporarily closing to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus. “The modern family club assembled a team of leading health experts, including two pediatricians and a healthcare quality safety expert, to execute a path forward in the ever-changing COVID-19 environment,” the spokesperson said. “In addition to observing C.D.C., state, and local requirements, Kefi’s new members-only structure allows parents to schedule visits in advance with limited group sizes for added safety.”

I feel like it’s pertinent to add that Kefi is the first concept being rolled out by Red Wagon Ventures, the entrepreneurial arm supported by Chik-Fil-A (Kefi Holdings seems to be a subsidiary? Or perhaps RWV is the sole investor?). It’s interesting that information isn’t easier to find since everything the Cathy dynasty touches seems to turn to gold!
Edited to correct the spelling of Chick-fil-a*
Any idea what the targeted age range (of children) are?
Brian, great question! Here’s some info from Kefi:
“Kefi is designed for infants and children up to 12-years-old (this is an approximate max-age. Kefi can offer programming for kids over 12-years-old.) The ‘Beginnings’ area is a dedicated space for Kefi’s youngest guests who are not yet walking. It has special toys and opportunities for parent and child experiences specific to this age group. Infants up to 11-months-old get free entry.”

Are there any reviews from parents/grandparents?
