Situated next to Workout Anytime, Philanthropy Grill and Ale House replaces Joe’s All American Grill. Joe’s closed down due to the ongoing novel coronavirus pandemic after 10 years. Philanthropy Grill and Ale House was able to grab the 2,800 square-foot space, which Brown signed a lease for in October with a 5-year term.

While Brown has secured the lease for Philanthropy Grill and Ale House, the restaurateur is still hammering out the details for which he wasn’t ready to discuss. Construction to the space is set to being in the coming weeks he said, with an opening likely in early-2021.
