The one-story property located in Edgewood, near Pullman Yards, dates back to 1955. According to LoopNet, a covered hallway on the exterior of the building “separates the property into spaces of approximately 16,000 square feet and 9,000 square feet.” The site includes room for 114 parking spaces.

The property is located near Dead End Drinks and across from the Arizona Lofts Condominiums.

Space has been leased out to an undisclosed tenant, Urbanize Atlanta reports, but no further details were available about who the client is or their plans for the site. It seems like structural elements of the building, if not all of it, will remain as is, with the project being described as “not a demo and rebuild,” according to the news outlet.
