Three Boutiques Closing, One Opening. Ahem, Recovering Economy?

What does that mean for you, the shopper? Well, according to Jessica of JessicaShops.com, shopportunities! “Going out of business” closeouts in layman’s terms.

Inspired Creations, a jewelry store located at 4511 Olde Perimeter Way, is closing and all merchandise, store fixtures, furniture, and equipment must be sold. A wall-to-wall closing sale will begin immediately to liquidate every single item in the store.

The Fickle Manor Boutique, located at 1402 North Highland Avenue, will close its doors on July 14. Since everything must go, everything is on sale, according to the shopping insider of Atlanta, Jessica Dauler. Remaining merchandise will go to the Boutique Warehouse Sale on July 23 and 24 (June 21-27 30 percent off, June 28-July 5 40 percent off, July 6-July 14 50 percent off).

Finally, Lexie + Jane, a women’s clothing boutique located at 516 E Paces Ferry Road Northeast in Buckhead has closed, and will reopen as Vetted; a new woman’s boutique.

April Wilkins, University of Georgia graduate and longtime retail-marketing employee with SAKS Inc., will run Vetted. A sign in front of the space indicates a change in owners. Expect a reopening in the coming weeks.

The only information available on the new boutique can be found on their Twitter bio of 160 characters: “Vetted is a luxury women’s boutique featuring expertly curated women’s clothing & accessories.”

There might be another closeout sale in due time.
