The smart cookies at Georgia Tech may soon have another option for sweet treats to munch on in their posh student apartments.

Tiff’s Treats, an Austin, Texas based cookie delivery and pickup concept, is slated for Square on Fifth, Melody Pinion-Miles, Leasing Manager for the student housing complex confirmed with What Now Atlanta Tuesday.

The forthcoming location would be the first in Georgia.

Tiff’s Treats would join Insomnia Cookies in the Midtown neighborhood. The similar concept recently opened up shop nearby in another student apartment development, University House Midtown.

The company’s website lists 22 existing locations in its home state of Texas. Last year, rapidly growing concept secured $14 million to finance its expansion, according to the Austin American-Statesman.

Square on Fifth and University House are two of several planned or existing student housing complexes in the area, including The Standard, WestMar Student Lofts, The Flats at Atlantic Station and 100 Midtown Apartments.
