Food Network Producers And what now, atlanta? Are Still Seeking Top Contenders
The Opener, a show about helping restaurants make a successful opening, wants to film a few episodes in Atlanta. So the show’s producers are looking for more than a few restaurants to rescue. We’ve gone through an initial casting cycle but the restaurateurs who auditioned, well let’s just say, they couldn’t take the heat!

Here’s the profile of the restaurant owner they’re looking for (if you’d like to get some free help–and star in this national TV show in the process):
* You need/want the help of a restaurant consultant.
* Are opening in one to six months.
* You aren’t a chain or a franchise.
* Are full service (No delis, bakeries, etc.).
* Serve alcohol
* Seat at least 30 people
* Are open to having a film crew shoot for 10 days
