A Houston-based real estate investment and management company has acquired an apartment complex in Atlanta.

Hilltop Residential has purchased The Lookout at O4W for $115 million, Atlanta Business Chronicle reports. The previous owner was an affiliate of Camden Property Trust, according to the news outlet.

The Lookout at O4W has 592 units, including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans. Located at 180 Jackson Street, the apartment is just north of Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park and west of Krog Street Market. It was built in 2010.

This is Hilltop Residential’s eighth property in Georgia, according to Hilltop Residential Executive Vice President Craig Marbach.

The firm also oversees Platform at Grant Park, Verandas Estates, Verandas Knolls, as well as properties in Athens, Douglasville and Cartersville. In addition to Georgia, they manage residential communities in Florida, Tennessee, Texas and North Carolina.

Hilltop Residential is planning renovations of The Lookout at O4W, including changes to the building’s scenic rooftop areas, according to Marbach.
