Located at 5th and Juniper streets, the multifamily project consists of 300 residences just a few blocks from Tech Square and Georgia Tech. The Hadley is now leasing and will be completed this fall.

“With the increasing demand for luxury living in this rapidly growing area, we are excited to open our doors,” StreetLights’ Senior Vice President of Development Rob Bratton said in a press release. “Atlanta continues to be a highly desirable multifamily market due to a strong diverse economy.”

The Hadley offers studio, one-, two-, or three-bedroom floorplans, ranging in size from 511 to 1,713 square feet. The Hadley offers smart-home features in every unit including a Latch Smart Home system for keyless entry, built-in Sonos speakers and Nest thermostats.

The building’s design is inspired by classic architectural elements mixed with modern wood paneling, metals and natural materials combined to create a boutique experience. StreetLights’ in-house design firm, StreetLights Creative Studio, served as the architect and interior designer.

Luxury amenities include a private resident bar and lounge, co-working spaces, a pool deck, a fitness center and flex studio with Peloton spin bikes, a pet spa, a covered dog park and a coffee bar. The Hadley also has 30 Xeal EV charging stations within the property’s gated parking garage for residents with electric vehicles.

With a prime location near Tech Square, a core incubator for the technology industry in the southeast, The Hadley caters to the growing office market in Midtown Atlanta. Residents are minutes away from numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops and parks, including Ponce City Market and Piedmont Park. Residents also have transit access, including two light rail MARTA stations and proximity to Interstate 85.

“We’re thrilled to be expanding our partnership with StreetLights and to be celebrating the delivery of The Hadley,” said Soultana Reigle, managing director and senior portfolio manager for PGIM Real Estate’s U.S. value-add equity strategy. “The Hadley will benefit from robust tenant demand stemming from its location in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, an area that’s experiencing rapid growth in high-paying jobs, its walkability to many restaurants, parks and entertainment, and top-of-market unit finishes and prop-tech offerings.”

The Hadley is StreetLights’ third project in Georgia, after The Alastair at Aria Village in Sandy Springs and Mira at Midtown Union, which opened in 2022 and is currently leasing. StreetLights opened its Atlanta office in 2016 after identifying it as a target market with a strong economy and a growing demand led by corporate relations and expansions.
