Roam’s seventh and newest location will include offices and desks for rent, and a number of meeting spaces designed to accommodate almost any size group. Additionally, the space will include a boardroom with seating for up to 16 individuals and four large training rooms that can accommodate groups of up to 60. Highlights also include a screening room and a podcast room.

“Roam’s intentionally designed workspace will provide an inviting and productive setting for collaboration, creativity, ideation and inspiration — many of the principles in which Trilith was founded,” Rob Parker, president of Trilith, said in a press release. “Flexibility is key for many professionals and this new coworking space will provide individuals and businesses a unique solution at a cost-effective price.”

Roam offers a variety of membership options, including two and three-month terms, month-to-month agreements, and daily passes.

“After a year of working from home, many professionals have found it difficult to maintain energy, stay productive and produce their best work while working amidst the distractions of home environments,” Peyton Day, CEO of Roam, said. “As some corporate offices remain closed and others operate at a limited capacity, shared workspaces like Roam complement hybrid work models by offering a productive and energizing office solution.”

Roam is the latest addition to Trilith’s growing roster of Town Centre tenants following openings of Amici Italian Café, The Piedmont Wellness Center, Honeysuckle Gelato, Green p.s., Amici Café, Barleygarden Kitchen and Craft Bar and Hop City.

Other announced retailers include Leyland Blue, Trilith Food Hall, Native Collective (from the makers of Native Beauty Bar), The Skin Society, Sugarcoat, Premiere Hair Studio, a concierge by Edwin Jarvis, Woodstone Bakery & Café from the makers of Apple Butter Bakery, Braise, Archer Paper Goods, The Funky Shack, and The Market. The development also plans to open a nine-screen movie theatre.
