“This new venue, coming on the heels of our Southern Crust Catering Company acquisition, marks a significant step in our growth strategy,” Proof of the Pudding CEO Adam Noyes said in a news release. “This is just the beginning of exciting developments on the horizon.”

The new space is set to open its doors for galas, weddings and corporate events later this year. Noyes told What Now Atlanta they are targeting Sept. 1, 2024, for an opening.

Located at 950 West Marietta Street, Westside Paper is a 70-year-old repurposed warehouse reimagined by Westbridge and FCP. The mixed-use campus with office and retail space spans more than 15 acres. It is home to Elsewhere Brewing, Pancake Social, Bar Diver, El Santo Gallo and other concepts.

“We are thrilled to welcome Proof of the Pudding, a locally headquartered and nationally recognized hospitality leader, whose presence will enhance the vibrancy of Westside Paper and West Midtown,” said Westbridge Managing Partner Chris Faussemagne. “We’re excited for people to see and experience this remarkable space as our team, including FCP and Bridger Properties, continues to build momentum and add best-in-class operators.”

Lee Cardwell of MCM Realty and Andrew Walker and Lauren Holmes of Colliers represented Proof of the Pudding in the transaction. Shelbi Bodner of Bridger Properties represented Westside Paper.

Proof of the Pudding was founded in Atlanta in 1979 and has since offered catering, events and hospitality services in more than 18 states.
