A private wine club with a restaurant and bar is in the works in Buckhead.
The Perlant is proposed for 3050 Peachtree Road NW, according to a building permit application with the City of Atlanta. It will be located on the north end of Two Buckhead Plaza, an office building in the heart of Buckhead.
According to the application, the projected cost of construction on the 9,100-square-foot space is $1,850,000.
The Perlant is described as a “hospitality-rooted, private membership club bringing a community of people together around a shared love of food and wine, paired with world-class service and amenities.”
According to The Perlant website, the club is currently on track to open later this year. The club will be membership-based, but members will be able to “host guests in all areas of our space for meetings, wine, meals, events and more.”
A marketing contact from The Perlant told What Now Atlanta that the club is still in the early stages.
