Eden will be located at 1055 Howell Mill Road NW at the Star Metals Offices. A recent building permit application with the City of Atlanta indicates that the cost of construction on the space is almost $2.5 million.
This will be the third concept from Nooshé Jân Group, also the team behind Delbar and Bibi Eatery. Delbar can be found in Inman Park and Alpharetta, with construction underway now at the eatery’s upcoming Buckhead location at the space formerly occupied by King + Duke. Bibi Eatery is located at Ponce City Market.
Owner Fares Kargar describes Eden as a “restaurant that turns into a party.”
Eden has been in the works for quite some time (creating the concept, crafting the design), but they wanted to get Delbar open in Buckhead first, Kargar told What Now Atlanta. (That’s expected to open this July.)
The aesthetic of Eden will be reminiscent of a retro Iranian restaurant, inspired by the era prior to the Iranian Revolution. The supper club-style restaurant will feature a refined menu, live entertainment and DJs, and movies playing in different areas of the space.

There will be a 1,500-square-foot covered patio, a speakeasy set up like a 1960s movie theatre with a hidden door, and private and semi-private rooms. In addition to the ground-floor restaurant venue, a bar called Garden of Eden is planned for the rooftop of Star Metals Offices.
“The design is spectacular,” Kargar said.
Eden is expected to open later this year or early 2025. The team is looking forward to sharing more details and sneak peeks in the coming months.

Except Selig just razed an entire block of great businesses, now the project is defunct. And they offer us one little restaurant. Typical terrible demo planning for developers,
