Georgia’s first EVEN Hotel has a hard opening date set for Tuesday, Dec. 31, according to an email confirmation from a spokesperson.
The health-centric hotel, situated across Old Milton Parkway from Avalon in Alpharetta, will incorporate in-room fitness elements and health-conscious food and beverage options to help guests maintain their wellness lifestyles while traveling.
This includes in-room fitness equipment for all 132 guestrooms, a 24-hour athletic studio, and fuel such as acai and yogurt bowls, salads, and flatbreads from in-house restaurant Cork & Kale.
The new hotel marks the third hotel for the Epelboim Development Group owned and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) operated brand’s Southeast portfolio, joining locations in Sarasota, Miami, and soon in Cobb County.
Epelboim also just recently broke ground on its second EVEN Hotel in Georgia, this one adjacent to SunTrust Park and The Battery Atlanta, slated to open early-2021.
