Owner and restaurateur Okan Ozyurteri told What Now Atlanta that the construction process including the interior is almost complete. The new restaurant, which will be located at 1193 Collier Rd NW, is currently applying for its liquor license.
Ozyurteri also owns Mandolin Mediterranean Kitchen in Sandy Springs and Pasha Mediterranean Restaurant and Bar. While Pera Bistro has a similar concept to those restaurants, Ozyurteri said that it will be slightly different.
“It’s going to have more of an Italian part. It’s going to have this European feeling with a nice large patio and a garden,” said the Pera Bistro owner.
Ozyurteri chose this location for Pera Bistro to be “separated” from midtown where, according to the restaurateur, restaurants are located next to each other.
“I like to choose places where I can be identified better. I have more neighborhoods around me and I have nice parking options for my customers and a very comfortable restaurant,” said Ozyurteri.

A high-end southern restaurant with a hookah lounge, occupying a former Radio Shack space, named Levelz Atlanta, serving “some soul food mixed with, as we call it, ‘the boujee people food,'” run by a nightclub promoter who has never owned a restaurant before.
Sounds like a hot mess.
Good luck with that…
Sound like it’s gone be good
