Paris Banh Mi, a Vietnamese sandwich franchise, is coming soon to 2484 Main St E, in Snellville.
Co-Franchisee Brian Vu has informed What Now Atlanta that if all goes smoothly, the restaurant could be ready to welcome customers by the end of 2023.
Construction is anticipated to commence next week, pending the approval of permits from the city. The new Paris Banh Mi will occupy the space previously held by a Krystal restaurant, and to add to its appeal, it will feature a drive-thru.
“We are thrilled to introduce the vibrant flavors of Paris Banh Mi to the Snellville community,” Vu said. “Our team is dedicated to making this project a success, and we believe that the residents of Snellville will thoroughly enjoy the unique culinary experience we have to offer.”
The restaurant’s signature offering, the banh mi sandwich, is a true standout, featuring a crispy baguette generously filled with a choice of grilled pork, lemongrass chicken, or tofu, complemented by fresh vegetables and an array of sauces.
In addition to these iconic sandwiches, Vu’s Paris Banh Mi outpost, which could open as “Banh Mi Bubble Tea & Restaurant,” will also offer bubble tea.
