From husband-and-wife team Ken and Jeannette Flores-Katz, the concept pays homage to Jeannette’s Salvadoran heritage and specializes in pupusas, corn tortillas stuffed with one or more savory meat, cheese and vegetable fillings.
Hotel will feature over 200 rooms, suites and extended stay units with signature restaurant, rooftop bar, wine shop, culinary theatre and 9,000 square feet of event space.
