Omakase Table is planned for the shopping center at 3330 Piedmont Road NE. The restaurant’s flagship Atlanta location can be found at 788 West Marietta Street NW, offering a 20-course omakase experience. It began as a pop-up before opening at the permanent space in 2022.

Omakase Table signed a lease at Buckhead Landing in April. The space will be about 2,060 square feet, nestled between Chinese restaurant Urban Wu and children’s apparel store Carters.

Chefs Leonard Yu and Paul Gutting, the team behind Omakase Table, are also working on a sister restaurant called Ryokou, coming to Abrams Fixtures.

Buckhead Landing is currently undergoing redevelopment by Regency Centers. As previously reported by What Now Atlanta, other concepts joining the shopping center include AvivaGolf GalaxyWaxing the City, an Alloy fitness studio, and the first Atlanta location of Burtons Grill & Bar. It will be anchored by a nearly 55,000-square-foot Publix.

At the time of this writing, Buckhead Landing had only two tenant spaces still available. The shopping center is expected to be fully open in November.

  1. What is with all these Omakase restaurants opening in Atlanta in recent years. I would just like a place where I can get the same quality sushi I can in New York and LA on a consistent basis. I can’t imagine the omakase restaurants have a different source of fish as other sushi restaurants in the area.
