News of Prefecture comes after Tuanphakdee recently filed a liquor license application, which calls for a full bar program as well as live music. Likewise, the 3,500-square-foot establishment will have seats for 70 guests.

By press time, Tuanphakdee had not responded to an email seeking more details about Prefecture.

In addition to serving as a partner with Okiboru, Tuanphakdee also owns and operates the seafood joint, Crab 404, which first opened in Sandy Springs in 2019, as well as Chamblee’s Thai street food staple, Tum Pok Pok, and Dunwoody’s Yao, which celebrates Bangkok’s Thai-Chinese community.
