“We are thrilled to open Atlantic House, which continues Novare Group’s commitment to enhance Atlanta’s live-work-play destination, Midtown,” Jim Borders, president of Novare, said in the release.

“Our market-leading amenities including the signature SkyDeck on the top floor as well as our integrated design make this a truly unique and exciting project for our partnership, and one we are confident the renter-by-choice will appreciate.”

The 407 apartment homes range in size from studio to two-bedrooms and feature nine foot plus ceilings with floor to ceiling glass, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and ceramic tile.

The top six floors are made up of 68 premium one and two bedroom apartment homes with larger floor plans, ten foot ceilings, quartz countertops and other amenities including double sink vanities and half baths. All units have private balconies.

Atlantic House has two roof-top pools, fitness center, clubroom, outdoor kitchen, business center and outdoor patio space as well as a grilling area, tennis court and dog park on top of the attached parking garage. The project also features more than 13,000 square feet of retail along 14 and West Peachtree streets, with Coffee & Bagels (a joint venture between Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bagels) and McCray’s Tavern scheduled to open early 2017.

“The latest community from Novare Group and Batson-Cook Development Company has been purposefully and carefully designed to reflect the corner on which it sits, which is also home to the Philip Johnson-designed One Atlantic Center, the third tallest building in Atlanta,” according to the release.

“The exterior of Atlantic House features the same Rosa Porrino granite and similar roof lines on the parking deck, which is fully enclosed with glass and has retail, including a combined Einstein’s Brothers Bagels and Caribou Coffee, on the ground level. In the tower, McCray’s Tavern will make a return to Midtown on the corner of 13th Street and West Peachtree.”

Additional amenities include: 24-hour concierge, controlled access building and parking garage, Wi-Fi throughout common areas, pet-friendly, Pressbox® laundry service with 24/7 accessible lockers for pick up and drop off, bike storage, state-of-the-art 24-hour gym with Fitness On Demand™, yoga, pilates and cross-training room, fully equipped business center with complimentary coffee bar, conference room with Apple TV® and Parcel Pending® package lockers.

Atlantic House has been built to Energy Star® certification.
