“We’re super pumped,” Owner Lincoln Cieply said. “It will be a total separate shop and we’re in the process of building it out right now. We’re super eager to get it going.”

He said they would be handing the keys over to new ownership on May 3 at the Nido Coffee Roasters location at Clarion Street, but was “eager” to move to more of a coffee shop and wholesale venture.

“Within the coffee shop we will hold a roaster and the idea is that the customers will be able to watch the roaster in action,” Cieply said.

Nido Coffee Roasters wants to sell the best coffee from the best regions on earth grown and sold in a fair trade, all-natural environment. It will also sell acai berry bowls and fresh baked goods.

The new coffee shop will be located at 2780 W. Village Dr. in the same outlet as Target and Home Depot.

“We’re in a unique spot right off the 141 between Cumming and Johns Creek,” he said.

Nido Coffee Roasters will be moving into a 1,186 square-foot space and Cieply hopes to open by August 1.
