New York-based Enzo Custom clothier is setting up shop on the second floor of Phipps Plaza.
The space is currently being prepped by Atlanta-based commercial general contractor, Lexdyn, and is set to be completed in time for its February 2020 opening.
Enzo is a vertically-integrated custom clothier that supplies hundreds of other custom clothiers nationwide.
Within four weeks of the initial appointment, where 31 measurements are taken, the garment will be ready for final adjustments and pick-up.
Enzo claimed one of the closest retail spaces to one of central Buckhead’s most anticipated redevelopment projects.
Developer Simon Property Group is currently redeveloping Phipps Plaza including an overhaul of neighboring space once home to Belk.
Set to open in 2021, the significant additions to the property include the 150-room Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Atlanta, a 90,000-square-foot Life Time Athletic gym and spa and the 13-story, 350,000 SF Class A Office Building to be known as One Phipps Plaza.
“Enzo has historically relied on grassroots and word of mouth advertising to spark growth for newly opened locations,” said Stratus Property Group’s Charlie Carroll who represented the tenant in lease negotiations.
“With the redevelopment set to open just steps away from their new location, the ability to convert the increased foot traffic into walk-in customers to add to their traditionally appointment-only model positions them extremely well for future growth.”
Enzo will be open for both appointment and walk-in business.
