The ground-up project called “Retail at Archmont Trace” is planned near the intersection of North Main Street and Henderson Parkway.

The two-story building would be 7,636 square feet, according to construction plans. There will be about 27 parking spaces. The developer of the building is SAS Commercial LLC.

The plans show space for at least four tenants on the ground floor, ranging from 974 to 1,092 square feet each.

The tenants are not decided yet, but Sai Jitta of SAS Commercial LLC said they could be restaurants or offices. The building could be completed within the next six months, he said.

The 0.49-acre site is across from an Alpharetta shopping center with Queen of Hearts Antiques & Interiors, Suvidha International Market and Dover Saddlery.
