The salon would be part of the Buckhead Exchange shopping center that also features a Sephora, Dancing Goats Coffee, Kale Me Crazy and Storico Fresco Ristorante. The nail salon is planned for an empty retail space in suite H next to OVME, a medical spa that opened at the center in 2018.

Changes to the approximately 1,500-square-foot space to make room for the nail salon would include minor demolition and new partitions and lighting. According to the documents submitted to the city, the projected cost of construction is $165,000.

The listed owner could not be reached for comment about when the nail salon would be open.
