A project called 10Ten Nails Spa is proposed for a shopping center on Roswell Road called Buckhead Court, which also includes the Tex-Mex restaurant Superica, a sports equipment shop called Play It Again Sports, and more. The center is led by Regency Centers.

The nail salon is planned for a nearly 3,000-square-foot space formerly occupied by the lifestyle brand Coton Colors, according to a recent building permit application with the City of Atlanta. The tenant space is between women’s clothing store Range Boutique and health food restaurant Brack’s Kitchen.

The estimated cost of construction on the space is $150,000, according to the application. The scope of work includes new interior partitions, a new interior door and frame, a new finish on the floor and ceiling, as well as plumbing, mechanical, electrical, lighting and fire protection work.
