Novel Blandtown, a new development from Crescent Communities, is expected to have 250 residential units, 4,700 square feet of retail space, and 12,500 square feet of amenities.

According to Atlanta-based design and architecture firm Niles Bolton Associates, the development would have a terraced design, ranging from five to seven stories. There would also be a six-story, 322-space parking deck and a standalone retail structure.

“A large pool and amenities-filled clubhouse sit atop the carefully concealed parking deck and an above-ground speakeasy with its own terrace provides a great vantage point to take in Midtown Atlanta,” according to the firm.

Crescent Communities is a real estate investor, developer and operator specializing in mixed-use communities. Their portfolio includes more than 85 multifamily developments and 24 million square feet of commercial space, including several properties in Atlanta.

One of those properties is Novel West Midtown, which opened to residents last year and is located just around the corner from the site where Novel Blandtown would be constructed.
