The discount retail chain is planned for 455 Grayson Highway in suite 122, according to recent construction plans. The approximately 12,200-square-foot space is located at Lawrenceville Town Center, a shopping center anchored by a Kroger grocery store.

There are more than 8,000 corporate-owned Dollar Tree stores across the U.S. and in Canada. The stores offer a range of goods – decor, toys, party supplies, beauty products, snacks and more – for discount prices, touting a shopping experience that celebrates the “thrill of the hunt.”

Contrary to the name, merchandise can clock in at more than a dollar. The company announced this year that it would set the price cap at $7, up from a $5 price cap that was previously set in 2023.

Dollar Tree is headquartered in Chesapeake, Virginia. Dollar Tree and Family Dollar both fall under the Dollar Tree, Inc. umbrella, with approximately 1,200 combination stores that provide merchandise from both concepts.

There are currently seven Dollar Tree stores in Lawrenceville.
