A mixed-use project featuring approximately 766 residential units, 107 townhomes and nearly 40,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space is proposed for DeKalb County.

The project would be going in near the community of Panthersville at the southwest corner of Clifton Springs Road and Flat Shoals Parkway, Atlanta Business Chronicle reports. The development would include workforce, senior and market-rate housing, according to the news outlet.

In addition to the residential and commercial components, the project would also include 20,000 square feet of medical office space, according to a Development of Regional Impact filing.

Architectural Standard LLC is listed as the developer of the “Clifton Springs Mixed-Use” project. The development is expected to be complete in 2028, according to the DRI filing.

According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, MARTA is planning a high-capacity bus line near the proposed project.
