Terwilliger Pappas is proposing a five-building development being called Solis Hapeville that would include 310 residential units, about 8,500 square feet of retail space, and parking garages, Urbanize Atlanta first reported. The residential structures would be four or five stories.

Mill Creek Residential had been planning a project at the site called Modera Hapeville, but recently discontinued the project, according to the news outlet.

The site at 3558 Elm Street is south of Atlanta, and part of it would face Porsche Avenue. Hapeville is a small community near the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Terwilliger Pappas is a North Carolina-based developer of apartment communities in the Southeast. They have completed 25 projects, according to the company. The developer is also the team behind the 294-unit Solis Sugar Hill apartment complex with 12,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
