Details of the proposed “Ridgeview” project are laid out in a recent Development of Regional Impact filing, Atlanta Business Chronicle first reported.

According to the filing, the proposed development would include housing via 265 multifamily units, 212 townhomes and 74 single-family units. Planned amenities include a swimming pool, tennis court, pickleball court, parks and walking trails, according to the filing.

A 110-room hotel is also proposed for the project, as well as 15,800 square feet of space for food-and-beverage concepts with rooftop space, patios, outdoor seating and a central plaza.

The site is located at the intersection of Ridge and Friendship roads.

Buford-based Scott Puckett LLC is listed as the developer of the project, which is expected to be complete in April 2027, according to the filing.
